OxBox tools provide unique interactive teaching aids

OxBox has developed a whole series of specialized tools, or interactive teaching aids, specially created to teach mathematical concepts. They include powerful geometry, graphing, and number line tools, and probability and data template explorers, to help you to illustrate concepts both visually and dynamically. The probability explorer tool, for example, allows students to collect data from computer simulations to investigate experimental and theoretical probability by flipping coins and rolling dice. Foundation students can use this tool to experiment with simple situations to consolidate their knowledge of observations and bias, and Higher students can investigate more challenging ideas such as independent events.

This particular screen from the Interactive OxBox shows the geometry drawing tool, which you can use to draw or construct your own geometrical shapes, and reflect or rotate them live on screen (computer or whiteboard) to help bring geometry to life for your students.
